 This lovely villa is ideally situated in the countryside surrounding Alghero for a relaxing holiday with peace and quiet, yet within ten minutes drive of this vibrant town with beautiful long sandy beach.

Every detail has been thought about and planned within the villa, which is attractively furnished and fully equipped down to an iron and hairdryer!

Car hire is essential to access shops, beaches and restaurants. Within a few minutes walk is the superb Agriturismo Le Pinnette offering a traditional Sardinian set menu, which is highly recommended.

Accessed through a set of large remote control gates leading to the driveway, the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean style gardens, with a 12m x 6m swimming pool inset with hydro massage jets. A large terrace stretches the width of the villa with patio furniture and a barbecue, perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining.


The villa is arranged comfortably over two floors with four bedrooms and two living areas: Downstairs is one of the living areas with satellite TV (news channels only in English), bathroom, master bedroom with French doors opening out onto the outside terrace and a single bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and cooker and has French doors to access the outside dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding gardens.

Upstairs has another living area with access to a balcony, double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room.
