 A great self catering option suitable for families, couples and friends alike. These attractive terraced villas have proved extremely popular so early booking is strongly advised. Here you have the choice to relax in the privacy of your villa or by the hotel pool.

Built in traditional Sardinian style and tastefully furnished, there are 8 different styles of terraced villa to suit your family or party. The villas vary in design but they all have furnished terrace, balcony or small garden, en suite shower to the master bedroom, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher, lounge with satellite television (only news channels in English) and air conditioning. They are arranged on upper and garden levels with garden or sea views.

These terraced villas are situated across the road from the beach and adjacent to the Cala di Falco Hotel and Residence. Villa guests have the benefit of using their facilities which include a freshwater swimming pool with surrounding terrace and sun loungers, tennis court, children’s playground, children’s clubs, games room, and internet point in bar area (extra cost).

There is a piano bar with live music and entertainment on some evenings and two restaurants where villa guests may reserve a table (extra cost and subject to availability).

The hotel reception services are also available to guests at the villas offering safe deposit, excursion information and bookings including a daily water taxi (extra cost) to some of the most beautiful beaches on the outlying islands.
